Upon making a suggestion, we will make a note of your name & email address, and if we end up stocking your suggested item, we will contact you with a coupon to get one¹ for free or at a heavily discounted price (dependent on the product and the value).

1. If your product comes as a set, for example, our 10PC Fabric Pen set, you would receive 1 full set. If the product is singular, such as a Seam Ruler, you will receive only one for the sake of the terms.
