Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using hobbyheaven.co.uk (the “Site”) or placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our” means Hobby Heaven. “You”, “your” means the person using the Site or placing an order. “Goods” means the products sold on the Site. “Order” means a request by you to purchase Goods.
3. Use of the Site
- You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or scrape or copy content without permission.
- All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Hobby Heaven and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without our prior written consent.
- We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent or abusive use.
4. Product information
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to display settings, and minor variations in packaging or specification may occur due to manufacturer changes.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; the exact item supplied may differ in minor respects (e.g. packaging design).
- Many hobby items, including model kits and craft supplies, may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years (or as otherwise stated on the packaging) due to choking hazards. It is your responsibility to check product warnings before purchase or use.
5. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors on the Site at any time, including after an order has been placed. If we discover an error after you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or cancel the order for a full refund.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
- We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions; we do not store full card details.
6. Order acceptance and contract formation
- Placing an order on the Site is an offer by you to purchase Goods, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
- Your order is not accepted, and no contract exists between us, until we send you a Dispatch Confirmation for the Goods in question. An order confirmation or payment receipt is acknowledgement of receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance.
- We may decline or cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
7. Delivery
- Delivery timescales shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk in the Goods (e.g. loss or damage) passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
- Ownership of the Goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full by us.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs, or events described in Section 11 (Force Majeure).
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt.
8. Cancellations, returns, and faulty goods
Cancellations, returns, and faulty goods are dealt with in full in our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site or Goods purchased.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the Goods in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
- We are not liable for any failure to use Goods in accordance with manufacturer instructions or intended use.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them as promptly as possible. This does not affect your right to pursue alternative dispute resolution or your statutory rights.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial action, courier disruption, pandemic, or government restrictions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction’s courts.
